Association Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the months of October, January, February (Annual Election meeting), March and April. Meetings are held in the Vista Clubhouse ballroom at 7:30 pm. Meeting notices are posted in the Homeowner’s Association section of the Information Center located at the mailboxes. 
 
Board Meetings are held the 1st Monday of the months of October, January, February, March, and April at 7:00 pm in the clubhouse ballroom. 

Did You Know?

  • As a homeowner in Vista Del Lago, you are automatically a member of the Vista Del Lago Homeowners Association but not a paid a member. 
  • There are two types of member: 
            Owners with voting rights 
            Owners with non voting rights who are nonpaying members. 
  • Membership cost is minimal: Only $20 per year.  Membership applications are available from Board members and the Clubhouse and will be distributed in a Welcome Packet to all new residents.

Why Should You Be a Member of Your HOA?

  • Meetings & activities provide opportunities to meet your neighbors and address issues important to all.
  • Your HOA sponsors many social events such as Ice Cream Socials, Children’s Activities, and BINGO!
  • Your HOA and Vista Management co-sponsor annual holiday celebrations, such as Veterans Breakfast, Halloween Events, Christmas Parade, Thanksgiving, Easter, Mothers/Fathers Day, etc.
  • Your HOA’s primary function is to PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS as homeowners.
    • Your HOA Board negotiates with Vista Management to help keep cost increases to a minimum. The Board is the best vehicle to voice collective group concerns and suggestions. Comparisons to other nearby comparable communities have demonstrated that our monthly costs are actually lower than others with comparable amenities.
    • A portion of your HOA dues is designated for legal representation when appropriate and necessary.
    • There are 923 homes in Vista; it is important that more than 50% of homeowners be HOA members in order to effectively represent YOUR voice and get things done! Protect your property values by contributing to our desirable community!

How Do I Communicate with the HOA?

  • HOA meetings are held at the Clubhouse 5 times per year.
  • There is an HOA Bulletin Board near the mailboxes. Check there regularly for events and announcements.  Here at the HOA website: vistadellagoHOA.com. 
  • There is an HOA mailbox near the Bulletin Board. You are encouraged to submit communications, as well as copies of any concerns that you have addressed with Vista Management.
